MNLWYPBP chapter 24: When there’s more than two guys, girls like us shouldn’t stop at one ship.

“He won’t kill Bedivere.”

Salsaal said lethargically. Naturally, the only people who can hear him are Calis and I, the fujoshi in the skin of a man sighed in relief, he was probably shocked at how easily I was captured.

Haref lowered his rainbow coloured eyes when he saw Calis sigh in relief, he said with a heavy voice, “I won’t kill preys…

but torturing’s another story”.

SOS to the Prince and wizard, help me!

But the Prince only raised his eyebrow while Calis widened his eyes and murmured something Nigel and Haref didn’t understand, “SM?…SM in full HD…”.

You psychotic fujoshi, don’t look so elated! Prince pay some attention!

“Ugh!”

I cried out when my belly became Haref’s elbow’s resting place, he grinned his elbow into my belly, it’s not ticklish but it hurts like hell…stop looking elated!! Stop looking elated right now the psychotic fujoshi over there!!

“Well then Calis Merlin, care to tell us the reason why you’re doing this”, his rainbow coloured eyes stared fixedly at Calis while his sword came closer to my neck. “The black magic at the fountain and also that place, what do you guys want.”

“That…”, Calis was silent for a moment while Salsaal lowered his eyes, “I can’t say much about it…”.

I know you worship Salsaal…but it’ll be great if you worry me about a bit!!

“…When you said you were loyal to Arthur…”, Nigel, who’s been silent for a while, said, “the Arthur you speak of, which of the ‘Princes’ is he?”

“Wow…Gawain’s shrewdness isn’t half bad.”, Calis smiled. Even though he was blind, he was still able to turn to the correct direction where Nigel was, “Well, that’s true, I work for a Prince and not the King. As for which one…since you were able to deduce this much, you probably already know”.

“In this kingdom, there’s only one person apart from Cass Bedivere that has the power of darkness”, Haref’s sparkling eyes met with Calis dull eyes, “Salsaal Secalno De Arthur. At first I wondered how strong his magic must be for him to get to where he is but if a to-be Merlin has a hand in this then…I’m not surprised”. Haref lowered his eyes and praised him, “No matter when, a Merlin’s magic is admirable”.

“Thank you for the compliments…in truth, I have wanted to see your light powers but it seems like you’re not the showy type…Gawain isn’t half bad either, if you compare him to kids his age.”, Calis said to Haref and turned to Nigel who had an indifferent expression…I don’t know if they’ve forgotten but I’m still lying under Haref’s body!

“What is Prince Salsaal’s intention.”

“Have a guess, both of you have deduced a large amount of our plot, your guess might even hit the mark”, Calis smiled while Salsaal smiled, evilly…I thought they’d actually forgotten about my existence, for sure. “Haref Lancelot, ever since you’ve entered this place, have you not sense any powers at all?”

Haref was silent for a moment before nodding, “…at the end of this passage, there is a concentrated amount of holy power…if I were to make a guess…the Prince must be thinking of using that power to release the power of darkness that was sealed within himself?”.

Not the right answer…but close, “Those from the Lancelot household are scary”.

“That’s why my hatred for them runs deep into my bones”, Salsaal mumbled. From the beginning till now, Haref still hasn’t sensed Salsaal’s presence yet ( even if he may in the form of a spirit ), it makes me wonder, how powerful is Salsaal in reality?

“Black magic is a forbidden practice, for King Arthur to seal the Prince’s powers instead of executing him is a kind thing to do.”, Nigel said in a low voice, “Another thing, I can kind of understand Merlin…but Bedivere…”.

“You’re asking what Bedivere, who’s rather weak, was thinking to collaborate with us?”

Nigel did not respond but silence was the equivalent of agreement…I didn’t want to work with them! I was forced! I was forced against my wills!

“It’s complicated…”, Calis said, his eyes were dull so no one was able to tell what he was thinking…but I knew, he was just thinking up excuses, the Prince floated around as if he’s waiting to witness something amusing with him as the main focus of the conversation…don’t you ever think you should help your comrade out.

Haref tilted his neck, after that, he pressed one of his free hands onto my collar bone…it fucking hurts!!

“Well..it doesn’t matter who says it. I can always make this guy spit it out.”, the owner of the SM route turned to Calis and smiled triumphantly…it matters, it does, I’m gonna faint soon!!

“Such a weakling!”, I could faintly hear the Prince’s insult…

“What’s the difference if I tell you or not?”, Calis tilted his neck, “It doesn’t mean you guys will cooperate with us. Instead of wasting our time here, isn’t better to battle it out and whoever wins can do whatever they want. Wouldn’t this be easier?”.

“Huh…”, Nigel lowered his argent coloured eyes as if he’d caught on to something, “This kind of confidence, it means it doesn’t matter how powerful each person is…the thing you want, Haref is probably the only person who can sense it”.

“…I’m adding Gawain into the list of people I hate”, the Prince turned to update this information with his salve, “He’s too good at sniffing around…hey! Bedivere, why don’t you learn a thing o r two from your friends! May be you’ll become smarter!”.

…Salsal, your next doujinshi will be a mob rape!

I looked at him angrily.

“There aren’t any reasons to refuse…”, Calis squatted down, a mist appeared from his hands, “Let’s fight and get it over with!”.

“Haref…I can’t fight Merlin”, Nigel told Haref flatly while Haref was still for a second and smiled.

“Do you know, ever since I was born, I’ve never lost…and will never lose, not to anyone.”

Nigel glanced at me, “Apart from Calis Merlin…is there someone else in here”.

“…Not anyone who can fight…”, Haref said and glanced at me before turning to Nigel, “But I don’t trust the situation…there maybe others in hiding…”.

“Just kill all of them”

…Please tell me, that sentence did not come out of totally adorbs Nigel, right….

“True…”, Haref curved his lips, I could feel the temperature around me surging because of Haref’s light magic along with Salsaal’s face twisting into a grandpa, most possibly caused by the large amount of light magic. “Just kill them all…that’ll be enough.”

Calis tilted his neck, the fujoshi in him smiled sweetly , “Although I like you a lot and getting rid of you would mean the person I like would become a widow but that’s fine…

…the new pairing can be SalGil!”

Oh stupid little girl…

Not far from the passage.

Cass Bedivere’s tiny body squatted down in front of the Bedivere household’s mechanism, his golden eyes were visibly irritated, he opened his small mouth and muttered, “Which idiot opened the mechanism leading to ‘that thing’ and it seems all the other mechanisms have been destroyed and I don’t know where elder brother ran off to…”

The more he thought about it, the more the little boy became irritated.

Normally, my annoying elder brother should be following me closely and fawning over me, when I didn’t see my elder brother’s face…I was just curious and not a tiny bit worry! If anything happens to elder brother where can I find someone else who’s like him!

The little boy pulled at his hair and looked at his household’s mechanism, he squeezed his lips tightly together and moaned.

“Elder brother…you’re not enough of an idiot to accidentally fall down there right?”

Even if ‘that thing’ will not harm a ‘Bedivere’ but it’s…

“It’s more annoying than 10 elder brothers combined…”

Day 6 – Calis Merlin

• Is a character that helps the player proceed in the game
• Is a fujoshi who worships Salsaal inside
• Because he accidentally acted girly in front of his dad, his dad made him go down the body builder road
• He has both powerful magic and strong physique

Thoughts from the Prince: “A good helper.”

Thoughts from his love rival: “Sometimes I just want him to stop acting girly cause it doesn’t suit his burly appearance.”

Thoughts from to-be Dukes: “We’ve never spoken to him but we’ve heard he’s powerful.”

Thoughts from the wizard Merlin: “Become more masculine!”

Thoughts from the same sex: “He’s a weird wizard. He broke the stereotypical image of a wizard by being muscular!”

Thoughts from the opposite sex: “His appearance makes you wan to entrust your life to him but when you get to know him, you’d feel like you’ve got yourself a bestie.”

Calling Calis out corner:

Actually, if he’d just act more masculine and pressed the Prince down, his dream would’ve come true ages ago!

The Prince has survived this far because he wants to be a wife rather than a husband.

Day 8 – ?? Merlin

• Current Merlin (TN: I think Merlin’s more like a title just like the Duke’s names)
• Was names the person who’s got the most powerful magic
• The thing that troubles him the most right now is his son
• Since he’s not an important character, he doesn’t actually have a name in Ushinawareta Hoshi

Thoughts from King Arthur (current one) : “He’s a good helper but would always become crazy when it’s something concerning his son.”

Thoughts from the Dukes of the round table: “He’s an honourable person and his magic is undoubtedly the greatest of all.”

Thoughts from his son: “A daddy who’s a bit too serious.”

Thoughts from the same sex: “We become confused of his gender at times.”

Thoughts from the opposite sex: “Too beautiful not our type.”

Near the beginning of the novel, Calis and Gil would often say Calis (in game) who helps the protagonist is in fact a beautiful uke and this is what made the fujoshi so confident of her appearance!

You have to understand, since his father is so beautiful, the son would also come out looking beautiful but…the fujoshi inside had prevented herself from being pretty by being girly in front of her father who was horrified, this made him decide to make his son build up muscles.

He succeeded in making his son manly, on the outside only (lol)

In truth:

If Calis had the same appearance as he did in the game (similar to his father), he would’ve succeeded in flirting with Salsaal.

Additional information:

Since he’s a wizard – he won’t look old. None of the characters in this novel looks old (sigh)
