MNLWYPCP chapter 14: Girls see relationships between guys as romantic but guys can only see it as platonic.

“Hey big bro, do you know how much I love Nigel.”

“Wait psychotic fujoshi lil’ sis, the other day you just said you loved Haref or whatever that character is called the most didn’t you, but how come you’re saying you love another guy the most today?” I looked at her with a heavy heart, “Don’t tell me you’re becoming a two timer!”.

“You idiot big bro, you don’t know anything”, my lil’ sis looked at me hopelessly, “the feeling of love isn’t something you can control, don’t you know that? Today I like him but tomorrow I may love another. We’ve only got one life, don’t you think it’s sad to love only one person for the rest of your life!”

“Oh…is that so…”, I said lethargically, disinterested in the topic, “Between Nigel going out with Gilbert, your fav boy, and Nigel going out with you…”

“Obviously it has to be Gil! No matter how much I may love Nigel, but I prefer it more to see Nigel with Gil…big bro, you’ve got to understand the being called a fujoshi, they’re beings which are willing to back down so a more exquisite love can sprout between two people…”

Heh…I raised my eyebrows, “Suppose, Nigel is straight?”

“My next doujinshi will be a 25+ one and it’ll be about how that bitch will get rekt and murdered cause she dared to get between my ship.”

My younger sister has unfortunately become an extremist fujoshi. But, since she’s my lil’ sis, although I love you less now, I’ll turn a blind eye to this and except you as you are, “By the way, why did you suddenly proclaim your love for Nigel?”.

No matter how much I might want to know about how you’re doing but for stuff like the guys she wants to go out with, I’m rather indifferent about it. It may be because they’re all guys who are untouchable, they only exist within a screen, which is why I’ve not taken on the role of a big bro who detests his lil’ sis’s boyfriend yet.

How trustable do yo think Salsaal is?

If you think about his condescending natu…I meant his personality, he can’t be trusted at all but if you use his powers as a measurement, he is. I looked at the Prince who’s left his body and is sitting on my bed wiggling his foot right now, do you have that much free time? But thinking about it again, someone who’s got his powers being allowed to leave his confinement or being assigned work would be weird. Although, he’s been imprisoned, he’s still able to come out, all his jewelries are so useless!

“Nigel Gawain…”, Salsaal closed his eyes, “…when he was a child, they could only detect that he has the power and guardian angel of ice but when he’s grown up, he actually has the forbidden power of water, a power which allows you to control any liquid…and naturally that also means he can control ‘blood'”.

I looked at him heavily…not because I feel sad from Nigel’s forbidden powers but sad because of his stats!

Nigel’s already got an outstanding profile, not including his cold but gentle personality! Now, he’s also got an additional power, an OP power just like Haref. What happened to the rest of the knights of the round table?! You guys are way too unfair, the game development team!

“Interesting powers, but it’s with someone like him, who’s…”, Salsaal did a flip in the air, “annoyingly too good”.

Hey! Prince, you’re not hoping to make him lend you a hand in terrorising the commoners right? Not everyone’s wicked like you!

“Use this to threaten him”, it seemed like he thought I’m thinking that he’s not wicked enough so, he came up with another vile idea…there’s no returning from hell for him, “that guy might not believe you but…what if I used my support powers as a catalyst and make his powers awaken…Mwahaha!”

The corner of my mouth twitched, why does a pure power like the support power seem so dangerous when you speak of it Salsaal, or is it because you’re the one using it, you’re able to make a pure name sound so wicked.

Since I’m a naturally good person, I protested, “It’s…not right! I want a long lasting friendship…I truly want it”.

What I said was so cool.

Salsaal looked at me in disgust, “Huh…you’re so annoying, if you’re not gonna threaten him, what are you gonna do then?”.

“Well…I’ll go dress up”, I itched my cheek in embarrassment, “and…ahem! I’ll use my attractiveness as a weapon!”.

Ugh! Something just flew to my head! He’s such a cruel brat! But what can I do? I wiped my tears, picked up the thing that hit my head and placed it back on the shelf.

“Brainless…”, Salsael said in disdain, without allowing me to make a single comment, he flicked his hand. I could see a black string appearing around the Prince’s finger, the Prince manipulated the black string, making it penetrate my body.

I was worried, “Are you trying to tie a knot with me?”, I don’t want to marry a man and above all I don’t want to marry Salsaal! Ugh! I slapped myself.

“…Disgusting, do you think someone like me can’t find someone who’s more attractive?”

“Yo-Yo-Yo-You’re going after Nigel?!”, I trembled in fear, Salsaal’s interested in guys! He might even be here just to strengthen his bond with Nigel through me!

The Prince’s mouth twitched. Bam! I slapped myself once more… It seems like slapping myself twice brought back my rationality, I began to know what Salsaal was doing, I looked at him wide-eyed and started to shake, “Yo-Yo-You! You’re controlling my body!!”.

Salsaal was either repressed for too long or he’s been waiting for this to happen for a while, he raised his head in triumph and bursted out laughing, a hellish laughter, “Yes! Yes! I have taken control of your body! Now…”

I cried in disbelief, “You’re not going to use my body in that kinda way right? Please don’t do that, I’m a cute, innocent…ugh!!”

“Shut-up!!, your imagination’s running wild and since you’re saying these kind of thing, from now on…I will take over!”

I’m agitated. I looked at Nigel and Haref who are conversing with each other as if only the two existed in the world, Haref you’re actually here to help me right? Why have I not been allowed to talk to Nigel ever since he arrived! You’re not using your intimate relationship with Nigel to mock me right?!

But that’s only the tip of an iceberg. The more horrifying thing called Salsaal is floating in the air, his hands on the black strings which are wrapped around my body. Even haref who wields the power of light is unable to see this…God, he’s got a completely opposite power to you, you know, isn’t it fundamental that you’ll notice him! If you don’t notice him then how are you gonna stop him when he torments people!

I don’t know how much time has passed, finally, Nigel turned to look at me for one second before looking the other way, while Haref just stared at me and for a while and excused himself, leaving Nigel and I alone in the room, oh and also Salsaal who’s lying down in the air… It could have been only the two of us – Nigel and I, Salsaal’s such a third wheeler.

“…Gil…”, Nigel glanced at me, “actually…I…I…”. That cute face was filled with confusion, I want to go and hug him! But because this body’s being controlled by Salsaal, the thing this bastard chose to do is to…

“You don’t have to say anything Nigel…Gawain.”

He used my hands to trap Nigel against the sofa…

Good job Salsaal!!

I wanted to tell him how grateful I was! Oh! My nose’s gonna bleed! Just looking at Nigel, who’s wide eyed in shock, those eyes seemed to darken from sorrow, this isn’t good for my heart….Agggghhhhhhhhhhhhh!!

Naturally, my thoughts and my body aren’t in sync! Salsaal raised the corner of my mouth and squinted my eyes, “You don’t have to…say anything, just listen to me.”

Wait, wait, what’s up with this Seme* af way of speaking?! I want a younger brother and not a wifey you know!

“…I…”, Nigel drooped his eyes, so cute…Nigel we can’t have anything other than a brotherly relationship!!

One of my hand was controlled to grip Nigel’s chin, “Are you feeling troubled? Huh, but…Gawain, I don’t care about that anyways, what I wanted to tell you was…”

“…Who the hell are you.”

Bam!

Unexpectedly, his expression morphed from shock to an indifferent expression along with hitting me full on in my stomach with his hand, he hit me so hard I flew! Salsaal looked at Nigel in surprise, but he’s not the one who’s hurt…I am!!

My frail body was thrown against the wall before sliding onto the floor where I could see a pair of shoes which were right in front of my face, those shoes raised up and crushed down on my back…wait, wait!! Who the hell is this, are you sure this is my totally adorbs Nigel and not Haref?!!

“Answer me…”, he pressed his foot even harder, it hurts…I’m gonna cry, “…what the hell did you do to my Gil?”

I wanted to rejoice, ‘my Gil’? Finally Nigel saw me as a brother and is protective of me! Haha but it would have been better if he wasn’t stepping on me right now…

I sent a SOS to Salsaal! Prince I need help! But it seemed like he wasn’t paying attention to me, he looked at Nigel with sparkling eyes before saying, “Great…I want this guy as my subordinate…”.

You bastard, before that, help me first…

“ANSWER!!”

Nigel seemed to be possessed by an evil spirit, this Nigel seems more hot blooded than usual because he pulled his foot back before crushing on the same spot again, I’m crying now, it hurts like hell! If this was my last world, you would be fined for this!

My eyes started to get blurry…

Gilbert Bedivere’s body is rather weak cause I’ve not studied magic or  trained in combat like the others, not including that this is a body of a child…I think…I won’t survive this. While I drifted off into dreamland, a thought of my lil’s sis when she was infatuated with Nigel surfaced, I wasn’t paying much attention at that time…but thinking about it now…

“By the way, why did you suddenly proclaim your love for Nigel?”

“Ah, big bro, stop making me go off topic! Oh yeah, I told you because…my ship’s not a dream anymore, it’s canon* now stupid big bro!!”

“Hm?”, I wasn’t that interested since she’s got a ton of ships “And?”

“Your reactions’s so boring! But whatever, I’m saying it even if you’re not interested! You know, I played Nigel’s route in the latest game and you know what I found? Heh, heh heh! It’s Nigel’s dark secret!”

“Yeah, yeah”, my psychotic fujoshi lil’s sis knew full well that I wan’t listening, but she’s unstoppable when she becomes talkative so I just pretended to listen even though she knew I wasn’t actually listening to her.

“Gil is Nigel’s first love! Naturally, Gil doesn’t know this! I’ve always wondered why Nigel would often appear in Gil’s route, sometimes his dialogues even sound like he’s trying to obstruct Gil, at first I thought it was because Nigel was possessive of Cass, heh, heh”

“It’s your imagination”, I said flatly, previously my psychotic fujoshi lil’ sis has mixed the game’s storyline with a fan fiction. 

“I can separate the original and the fan fictions! You’re underestimating me too much!”, she had a face of discontent, “You don’t even know how a guy thinks”.

Hey, lil’ sis, you’re  big bro’s still a ‘guy’ you know! You look down on me too much!

“If he didn’t love him, why would he be concerned of him? If he didn’t love him, why would he become angry when Gil’s harmed and why would be try to prevent Gil from falling in love?”, my lil’ sis said stubbornly.

“What’s wrong with a friend being worried for each other? If you don’t look out for your friends then you’er not actually friends…and if you saw one of your friends getting beaten up, would you not help them? Psychotic lil’s sis you have to learn how to separate your Bl world and reality!”

“Huh.”, my lil’ sis turned the other way, “But it’s not my imagination, Nigel definitely loves Gil or else…why would he know Gil’s birthday? What his favourite food is and no matter when they’re always together, whether Gil’s angry, crying or happy and he even laughs with Gil, something which he’s never done with Cass, the protagonist… Big bro, if you don’t call that love then what else could it be?”

It’s called friendship my dear psychotic fujoshi lil’ sis, sometimes girls just don’t understand the friendship between men! I sighed, there’s no return from delusion-land  for my lil’ sis.

“And also in Nigel’s latest route, I, who was playing as Cass, saw Nigel secretly kissing gil while he was asleep!”

…You could have said it sooner rather than ramble on about unnecessary stuff!

If that’s not from a fan fiction or something concocted by my lil’ sis then, the person I wanted as a lil’ bro has always been thinking of ‘claiming’ Gilbert as his own!!
